CHICHI SAITO is a visionary makeup artist from Japan with a deep-rooted passion for illustration, art, and fashion. Her creative journey has taken her across the globe, living and working in cities like Toronto, San Francisco, New York, and Sydney—each shaping her eye for aesthetics and enriching her understanding of beauty through diverse cultural lenses.

After studying both illustration and makeup in New York, Chichi launched her professional career and quickly established herself in the global fashion scene.
